Happy Saturday to you! 

Or whatever day of the week it is you are seeing this. 

No matter when, it can be a happy day. Would you disagree?

Well, today, I have something entirely exciting to share. 

I am sure you are asking yourself what could be so exciting about “just another Saturday.”

I would like to introduce someone to the Prima Donna to Be realm.

It all started when I was pondering, as you may have been, what a prima donna could possibly be thankful for.

I hope you are only joking. I am.

Only because I have the entire world to be thankful for!

It is my stage! And, it hosts all of my adoring fans! XOXO

It is also where all of the women that came before me existed in order to teach me how to be the queen I am today.

This presence is not only the biggest queen in my life, but someone I have spoken about many times before.

The Ultimate Queen!!!

She is the one that taught me if I feel pretty, then I will sing pretty.

The one that shares my taste in fashion and all things classic.

The one that taught me what an empowering color red is to wear. Duh!

So, on this day, just another Saturday, we can remind ourselves of all things good in life, even if it is something small, like staring at your favorite pair of shoes for a few minutes, or listening to your favorite song.

Though, I must say, what better way to celebrate your Queen-ness than to dress up and unleash it!

I know, my dress is fabulous.

If you are wondering whether I simply stumbled upon this dress, with the purpose of coordinating a matching red ensemble, solely to take this picture, then…

You would be incorrect! I actually wore it to sing in a few years ago.

Us Queens know how to pick and choose our recycled outfits.

Sensibly, of course. 

Take time today, and everyday, to reflect on the Queens in your life. Write them a note, sing them a song, share your gratitude of the day with them. Let them know it!

After all, it takes a Queen to know one. 😉
